PiYo Live with Vibrant Body Fitness

 Summer Session 2016

​Starts Tuesday, July 5 until Wednesday, August 24, 2016 (7 weeks)
 
 
What is PiYo?
 
·        Piyo has the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates and the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga, but with non-stop movement.
 
·        It's low impact, high intensity.
 
·        It’s restorative and empowering.
 
·        There are no weights or jumps. You use your body weight
 
 
Location: Harrow United Church, 955 Mulvey Ave., Winnipeg, MB
Time:
Tuesdays 10 am - 11 am (no class July 12th) 
Wednesdays 7 pm - 8 pm

Fees:
Drop-in                                                           $ 10.00 per class

Full session registration:
Tuesdays only (7 classes)                            $  56.00  (works out to $8/class)
Wednesdays only (8 classes)                      $  64.00  (works out to $8/class)
Tuesday and Wednesdays (15 classes)     $105.00 (works out to $7/class)

A PAR-Q form must be completed before participating.
