You are your instrument. Your health and wellness inside and out will affect your voice. As a your coach I will work with you on your fitness, nutrition and other lifestyle habits that impact your voice.
These programs are not a substitute for voice lessons or voice coaching, but rather a compliment to it. Your teachers and coaches work on your techinque and interpretation and sometimes may advise on alignment/posture and wellness, but are seldom trained in these areas nor have the time to devote to them as they truly deserve.
With over 20 years of experience as a voice teacher and singer plus my experience as a certified personal trainer, fitness and nutrition coach, and triathlete, I understand the unique needs of a singer and how to get the very best out of your instrument, which includes developing and maintaining good lifestyle habits. This includes improving your health through fitness and nutrition.
